It comes together so fast and it only requires FIVE ingredients. That’s a quick weeknight dinner fix if I ever heard one! You can add all sorts of things to this dish if you’ve got them lying around the kitchen. I served this chicken over steamed white rice with some lime wedges, mango slices and a few sprigs of fresh cilantro. So yummy! Put this on your regular rotation for go-to quick and delicious dinners, it’s incredibly easy and the flavors are amazing!

Tender and juicy chicken with a sweet and savory paprika rub! Only five ingredients!
INGREDIENTS
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to about ½ inch thickness
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
optional: fresh mango slices, lime wedges, fresh cilantro, rice
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk together brown sugar, paprika, salt, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Use hands to rub the spice mix generously onto both sides of each chicken breast. Preheat a large pan or nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Add chicken breasts to pan and cook 4-5 minutes each side or until cooked through and juices run clear. Serve with steamed rice, mango slices, lime wedges and fresh cilantro if desired.
